Jika Anda merasa kesal karena kinerja PC atau laptop yang menjadi lambat setelah menginstall Vista, maka Anda tak perlu buru-buru beralih ke system Windows XP. Berikut beberapa trik untuk meningkatkan performance Windows Vista agar mampu bekerja lebih cepat :
*Klik kanan “My Computer”, pilih “Manage”
* Pilih “Device Manager”, pilih Disk Drive, bisa akan muncul SATA Disk ataupun tipe harddisk Anda lainnya.
*Klik kanan, pilih properties.
* Aktifkan “Enable Advanced Performance” untuk meningkatkan kinerja system, klik OK.
*Restart PC ataupun laptop Anda.
